You’re Going to Want to Add One of These Mocha Colored Bags to Your Closet

If you'd rather wear chocolate than eat it for V-Day, look no further than these perfect picks

Today we’re coming at you with a yummy new trend: dark chocolate covered, oh wait, I mean colored, bags! We’ve been seeing an influx of this dark brown hue popping up amongst our favorite brands’ assortments. From luxury brands to the hottest indie ones, designers are dipping some of their best shapes in this delicious shade. Over the last few years brown bags have leaned towards the lighter side, with camels and cognacs being some of the most popular choices among consumers, but this year all that has changed and I personally am all for it.

When it comes to brown, it’s all about the darker the better, and there is no shortage of this stunning rich hue. Perfect to wear now and beyond we found over a dozen delicious finds from Chloé, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta and more.

When you look at Khaite’s chocolate bags, you can’t imagine them in any other color.

From bags to clothes I really am enjoying their look and vibe.

They make me miss the old Celine 🙁

Beautiful bags but I prefer a more cognac colored bag. I wear a lot of black and navy so the contrast is better. The Gucci bag is as dark as I’ll go.

I will add that suede looks most luxurious is chocolate brown rather than in black or cognac.

Nah, was never drawn to dark brown colored bags, it’s a little too old and luxe looking for my taste. Caramel brown was always my fave because it’s also super versatile to wear all four seasons, whereas the dark brown is only good for fall and winter.

You can christen them with pretty names like “mocha, truffle, ebony”, whatever. The truth remains that they are brown , and brown bags are ugly.

Londoncalling

Poop brown.

I don’t care for this dark brown but the shape of the Tod’s is intriguing.
The Balmain is hideous.

I love the look of many of these bags, but I really dislike brown bags. I really can’t explain why, but perhaps they look old and tired, but Idk?

$1500+ for a croc-embossed Tory Burch bag??? Uh, no.

I own a chocolate brown Jimmy Choo Tulita, and I get compliments everytime I carry it. It’s beautiful. Chocolate brown is such a stunning color. I’m not a fan of black handbags.

I would love to have the Golden Goose.

This needs to be said. Has Tory Burch list its ever loving mind?!

Finallyyyyy, I loooove dark brown bags, so luxe looking! Many of these are gorgeous. I have been looking for one for years. Lv damier ebene has been about the closest you could get in these price ranges! I am so existed! I hope that these will stick around long enough for me to save some money to buy one! I am cool toned so cognac or caramel is really not a choice for me! These om the other hand would really flatter my complexion! L o v e ! ?

No biggie, but in your hyperlink/headline for Khaite, the brand’s name is spelled wrong: “Khiate (sic) Agnes Small Tote”. Just an fyi — I only noticed because it’s my favorite bag on this post!
