Anya Hindmarch is a brand that’s been around as long as I’ve been into handbags, but in the past two seasons, the British designer has rocketed to wider interest than she’s ever received before. That’s largely because of the decision to incorporate a few consumer product logos into some bags two seasons ago; earlier this week, Hindmarch gave us even more of what’s exploded the brand into the mainstream.
The designer’s Fall 2015 collection again takes literal influence from the design we see in our everyday lives, but this time, Hindmarch has used street and transit signage as a jumping off point. Unlike Moschino, which generally mines this kind of subject matter for cheap nostalgia, Hindmarch chooses graphics that are excellent examples of quality design in and of themselves, which allows her to be irreverent without cheapening the bags.
Check out all the bags from the designer’s runway show below, and if you want to secure yours (the best ones tend to sell out very quickly), you’re in luck–Moda Operandi has a trunkshow of select pieces from the runway happening right this very minute.

Love it! They are amazing and it’s nice to have options for the whimsical type.
I can appreciate the whimsy here… but the only thing I want is that air freshener charm!!
I love kooky, fun things but I still don’t get the “handbag as joke” trend we see from many designers. I can’t see myself wearing any of these bags.
I want that tree charm. The backpacks are really cute. However, the only bag that I would consider spending my money on is the navy one in slide 2. It’s beautiful.
Come now, tell us what you really think of Moschino, 😉
Also I love all the dangly charms/coin purses, except the truck, which is too big.

The charms are cute! When will they be available for purchase?
I need the ‘STOP’ bag because wow, there are so many people who need to stop talking to me.
Honestly I wouldn’t expect it from an english designer… but I really love them all of them: They are new and really nice!
