Bella Hadid and big bag debuts kind of go hand-in-hand, so if she’s spotted donning something new and not-yet-released, you know the girlies will pay attention.
Whether you like to believe it or not, Hadid’s influence is impossible to ignore, so it’s not at all surprising that brands continue to work with her to stir up the conversation on their new bags, oftentimes before they’ve even hit stores.
Saint Laurent and Hadid knocked it out of the park last year with the Y Tote, and they’re at it again with their newest big bag launch—the Saint Laurent Icarino bag.
This time, Hadid wasn’t the first star to be seen with it; Zoe Kravitz did the honors, toting the bag around town last month when Saint Laurent was still calling it the Baby Icare Hobo, clearly because the bag falls under the Icare family with its oversized quilted leather.

The small, moon-shaped logo bag was recently renamed ahead of its launch, and Bella Hadid was just spotted in LA wearing the Icarino in brown quilted suede. The model paired the YSL Cassandre-emblazoned bag with white jeans, a Gaultier denim jacket, and her tiny sunglasses, which finished off the fit—they are a model must.

How is this not a blatant rip off of the BV Jodie bag? Pathetically boring choice by YSL.
in that case, any tote would be a rip off of a Neverful. it’s just a shape that any brand can adapt to their brand image.
Or the Miu miu bag, I see nothing worth buying here.

Interesting choice of her ‘handbag du jour’ that contents are overwhelming the size. Bella, as usual, is perfection, while projecting the product with logo toward the photographer. Though I love YSL handbags, this nods waaaaay too close to Jodie.
Exactly what I was looking at…her phone or whatever that is sticking up. If I was carrying that, it would fall out or get in the way. I have the same problem with my Louis Vuitton Nano Speedy.
Looks like a phone behind packaged makeup or perfume. Guess that the closure (?) would get in the way for quick access.
